Dave spent 24 years in the British army completing his service as a stores and logistics manager. Moving into the oil and gas industry, Dave spent several years working in offshore subsea construction, again in a stores and logistics capacity.
A move into the petrochemical industry saw Dave employed as the production manager for an engineering company manufacturing pipe fitting and flanges.
Joining Vallis in January 2011, Dave was employed as the Country Manager for Nigeria to oversee the considerable growth of the company throughout West Africa. Appointed to the board of directors as Managing Director of Vallis Nigeria in March of 2011. Dave assisted in establishing operations in both Benin and Togo as well as supporting operations in Liberia, Senegal, Cameroon and Ghana.
In November 2014, Dave moved to Bahrain to establish company operations there before moving on to Egypt as the director of operation in February 2015.
November 15 saw Dave move back to West Africa to take over as Country Manager in Ghana.
In January 2019 Dave assumed his current position as Country Manager of Liberia.
