Max was born on the outskirts of London and grew up in the west country. He developed an interest in foreign cultures during family holidays to Spain when he was young, which led to him to working in Madrid before university, where he learned to speak Spanish fluently.
He attained a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Salford followed by a masters in sustainability and consultancy at the University of Leeds. In his spare time, he trains in kickboxing and dance and likes to try his hand at new skills.
Max was excited to join Vallis in October of 2022, because before stating the role, he had only ever worked unsociable hours in bars and restaurants. He is now an Operations and Reporting Assistant for Benin, Guinea and Senegal.
