The Vallis group of companies has grown since 2005, building on a bedrock of Integrity, Trust and Transparency to become the most trusted provider of specialist assurance services to an ever-growing range of customers, commodities and countries.
In 2015, Vallis expanded into Marine and Cargo services and now delivers an independent and innovative service via our Live Reporting Application in 51 ports across Africa. We have surveyed 25 million tonnes of cargo through this service.
By 2018, Vallis had developed its range of Assurance Services by adding Fumigation, Sampling and Analysis and Logistics Management to our capabilities at strategic points along the Supply Chain. Vallis now provides these services to Humanitarian Organisations and a range of International Development Agencies.
Following a Management Buyout in September 2022 and the strategic restructuring of shareholders from within the management team, Vallis has now set its sights on global expansion and development . This means the extension beyond our traditional geographical boundaries that have defined us since our inception in December 2005, namely Africa and the Middle East.
The first step on the global journey, Vallis has established a company in Ukraine in February 2023, swiftly followed by the creation of new entities in Estonia and Lithuania to cover the Baltic regions.
In 2025, Vallis operates in 58 countries and has managed 158 different types of commodities totalling 99 million tonnes, running 500 active operations with a combined value of 43 billion US dollars. As an ISO 9001 certified company and a member of the TIC Global Council, Vallis continues to develop flexible, independent services with Integrity, Trust and Transparency along the Supply Chain.
