Born and raised in Dakar, Senegal, Alphonse studied Management at Maurice Delafosse High School before pursuing Economics and Management at Cheikh Anta Diop University.
Alphonse joined Vallis in February 2014 as a Tally Clerk within the storage facilities and steadily progressed through a series of supervisory roles within the Fuel team. During his time with Vallis, he played a key role in establishing the company's operations in Mali as Country Supervisor and later supported operations in Guinea and Guinea-Bissau as Country Relief Supervisor.
Since April 2023, Alphonse has served as Operations & Reporting Manager, overseeing operations in Mali, Guinea and Togo, while also supporting activities in Guinea-Bissau. His extensive operational experience across West Africa, combined with his strong reporting and management expertise, has made him an integral part of the Vallis team.
Outside of work, Alphonse is passionate about football and basketball and enjoys reading, watching films and following a variety of sports. He is married and the proud father of two children.
