Marian was born in Songea and raised in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The youngest of five children, she completed her advanced studies at Jitegemee High School in Dar es Salaam in February 2010. Later that year, in October 2010, she enrolled at Ruaha Catholic University (RUCU) in Iringa, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in 2013.
Her professional career with Vallis began in September 2020 as a Warehouse Assistant in Morogoro, a role she held until October 2021. She was then promoted to Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, continuing in Morogoro until March 2022. In April 2022, she relocated to Mtwara to take on the role of Operations Supervisor, a position she held until January 2025.
In January 2025, Marian achieved a major milestone by becoming the Country Manager for Tanzania, overseeing all operations and staff.
Outside of work Marian enjoys spending time with her daughter and family, whilst also making time to play volleyball.
