Micheal was born and raised in Ndola, Zambia. He holds a Diploma in Laboratory Engineering from Northern Technical College (NORTEC) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Purchasing, Supply and Logistics.
He began his career in the construction industry, working as a Laboratory Technologist at the Copperbelt University and later as a Quality Engineer on major road construction projects in Ndola under the Ministry of Local Government.
In September 2018, Micheal joined Vallis as a Warehouse Supervisor in Lusaka. Demonstrating strong leadership and operational expertise, he progressed to Reporting Administrator in 2021 and then Country Supervisor in September 2022, overseeing operations across Lusaka and multiple towns in Southern and Eastern Zambia. In July 2026, he was appointed Country Manager for Zambia, taking responsibility for all operational and administrative functions within the country.
Outside of work, Micheal enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter and has a passion for travel and exploring different cultures.
