We have recently completed a port, route and mine survey in Sierra Leone. I have also recently visited to plan the setup of our operations. It is a country with enormous potential and I believe should definitely be on the radar screen for banks and traders alike.

We would like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to our colleague Chris Liebenberg who died in tragic circumstances in Dar-Es-Salaam where he had been working on a tank farm project. He made an outstanding contribution to our business in Tanzania and was a vital member of that team. Our deepest sympathies are with his family in Zimbabwe and South Africa.
