Emma was born in the West Midlands before spending much of her childhood in Essex and Kent. In the late 1990s, her family settled in Somerset, which has remained home ever since.
She joined Vallis as an ORA in January 2019, travelling to Tanzania and Togo in her early roles before progressing into her current position.
Emma now lives just outside Frome with her husband and their two children. Weekends are often spent exploring the countryside surrounding their village home.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys swimming, kickboxing, and reading.
