Erick Omondi joins Vallis in 2024 as the Business Development Manager for East Africa, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in inspections and business development across the continent. Based in Nairobi, Kenya, for the past 28 years, Erick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi and has worked extensively across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Cameroon, Congo, Senegal, and Zimbabwe.
Erick began his professional journey at Intertek. He later joined Crown Agents Limited as Regional Inspection and Business Development Manager until August 2024, further solidifying his expertise in regional operations and client relations.
Erick’s qualifications include ISO certifications in quality auditing, food safety management, and GCC accreditation, along with specialized training in key account management, cold chain equipment, and quality control. These credentials underscore his commitment to delivering exceptional standards in all aspects of his work.
In his free time, Erick enjoys playing football, traveling, and spending quality time with his mother, often cooking for her—a hobby he finds particularly fulfilling.
