Sarah joined Vallis in July 2024 as Operations and Reporting Assistant for Senegal and Francophone West Africa straight after completing her degree in International Politics and French at the University of Bath.
Sarah spent her placement year working in Aix-en-Provence in France and Kara in Togo. During her time in Togo, she managed to cross off a crucial item from her bucket list: meeting an African elephant.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys wild swimming, baking and playing badminton. She particularly enjoys watching comedy and has been known to give stand up a go herself (to varying levels of success).
