Webster was born in Trans-Nzoia County in Western Kenya and was raised in Nairobi where I did both my primary and secondary education. He graduated from University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
Webster joined Vallis Kenya in October 2012 where over the years he took up the roles of warehouse assistant, Fuel assistant/ Supervisor for oil and LPG sites, Country administrator, and finally as Operations manager overseeing the CMA and Marine & Cargo operations in Kenya. He performed inspections and Sampling and Analysis operations in countries such as Rwanda and Ethiopia.
Webster took up the role of Country Supervisor for Madagascar from October 2019 to 2022, and then was promoted to Country Manager of Tanzania in early 2022.
Webster is happily married and enjoys watching football in his spare time.
