The Ivory Coast is located on the West African coast, its entire southern border running along the coastline of the Gulf of Guinea. The Ivory Coast is also a member state of ECOWAS and has a wide variety of natural resources. The port of Abidjan has considerable importance in West Africa, with Ivory Coast’s landlocked neighbours proving key strategic clients and the country’s infrastructure being well developed in comparison to many of the surrounding regions. Vallis has been present in the country since 2012 and has since handled over 1.1 million tonnes of commodities. The commodities managed include: Fertilizer, Sugar, Cement and Rice.
